5 Things Couples Should Do In Las Vegas

Las Vegas is known as the "Entertainment Capital of the World,". It is one of the top traveled destinations in the United States. With its vibrant nightlife, luxurious hotels, and world-class entertainment, it's the perfect place for couples to enjoy a romantic vacation. I was lucky enough to tag along on a visit with my husband when he went out there for a work conference. It was the first time either of us has ever been and we will defiantly be returning for another trip. Let's talk about 5 things you can do for a couple's vacation to Las Vegas.

See a Show

Las Vegas is renowned for its top-notch entertainment, and catching a show is a must-do for couples. There's a diverse range of shows to choose from, including magic shows, musicals, comedy acts, and acrobatics. The city is home to several Cirque du Soleil productions, such as "O," "Mystère," and "KA," which offer breathtaking performances of aerial acrobatics, stunts, and music. Other popular shows include the Blue Man Group and Penn and Teller. You can also catch some pretty good music concerts from some Top named performers. No matter what your preference is, there's something for everyone.

Take a Romantic Gondola Ride

The Venetian Hotel offers an authentic Venetian gondola ride on the Grand Canal, which is a perfect way to spend a romantic evening with your loved one. The gondola ride takes you through the hotel's indoor and outdoor canals, as a gondolier serenades you with Italian music. You can choose between an indoor ride, which takes you through the hotel's shopping mall, or an outdoor ride, which takes you through the hotel's gardens. Unfortunately, the outdoor ride was not going while we were there because it was very cold. It's a perfect way to create an intimate atmosphere and enjoy the stunning views of the Venetian architecture.

Dine at a Fancy Restaurant

Las Vegas is home to some of the world's best restaurants, run by Michelin-starred chefs, so dining at a fancy restaurant is a must-do for couples. From classic steakhouses to authentic Italian, you will find every cuisine here. The city boasts many award-winning restaurants, such as Ruths Chris Steakhouse, Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen, and Guy Savoy, which offer an unforgettable dining experience. These restaurants feature a romantic ambiance, world-class service, and exquisite food that will leave you and your partner impressed.

Visit the Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower Experience at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel offers breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip from 460 feet up. The tower is an exact replica of the original Eiffel Tower in Paris, France, and features an observation deck where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city. You can take an elevator to the top and enjoy the views with your loved one. The tower's romantic ambiance makes it a popular spot for couples to take photos and enjoy the views. There is also a restaurant in the tower appropriately named the Eiffel Tower Restaurant.

Walk around the Strip

Taking a leisurely stroll on the Strip is an excellent way to explore the city's famous landmarks, casinos, and shops. The Strip is home to several iconic landmarks, such as the Bellagio fountains, the Mirage's volcano, and the replica of the Statue of Liberty. You can also catch street performers, take photos with famous Las Vegas characters, and enjoy the vibrant energy of the city. Walking on the Strip is a free activity that you can enjoy at any time of day. I do have to mention that Mirage's volcano will be torn down very shortly because it has been bought out and will now be Hard Rock.

This didn't make my list but it is worth a mention, Fremont St. Take an Uber or Lyft over and visit the Fremont Street Experience. Old Vegas is alive and well. It has a lot more entertainment than you would expect. It is a must-see, but it is not for the faint of heart.

As you can see, Las Vegas offers a wide range of activities for couples to enjoy a romantic getaway. From world-class entertainment to stunning views, fine dining, and leisurely strolls, there's something for everyone. Whether you're looking to create a romantic atmosphere or enjoy a fun-filled adventure, Las Vegas has it all.
